HELP: MLP recently submitted comments on a proposed rule that could lead to over 755,000 people losing critical food assistance benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, commonly known as SNAP. This proposed rule would limit states’ flexibility related to the amount of time individuals can receive SNAP benefits.
