On January 31, 2020 HELP: MLP submitted comments in response to a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) regarding the frequency and notice of continuing disability reviews.  HELP: MLP strongly opposes this NPRM due to the impact the proposed changes will have on families of children with disabilities and low-income parents who have disabilities themselves.
