In October 2018, HELP: MLP evaluator, James Teufel, and HELP: MLP director, Daniel Atkins, along with other colleagues, co-authored Debunking Five Myths Linked to the Narrow Perspective of Access to Justice. Philadelphia’s Eviction Crisis
