HELP: MLP is currently hiring a part-time Staff Attorney to work with our partners in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Staff Attorney will provide direct legal services related to public benefits, housing, and other legal issues that impact families participating in the Philadelphia Nurse-Family Partnership and Mabel Morris Family Home Visit Program. What is the Child Tax Credit? The Child Tax Credit (CTC) is a benefit for parents or guardians with qualifying dependent children to lower their taxes. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the American Rescue Plan Act has expanded the CTC to include more families who may need assistance.
